3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed are wholesale prices and are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required for all spot goods orders before shipment.

• Custom orders typically require a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Specific terms will be outlined in the sales contract.

• Currency is in USD or ZAR, as specified in the sales contract.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• The Buyer is responsible for arranging all logistics and shipping and bearing the associated costs.

• Our responsibility is to deliver the goods in good condition to the designated pickup point of the Buyer’s chosen logistics company within China Mart, Johannesburg. The handover of goods at this point shall be deemed completion of our delivery obligation.

• All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the Buyer from this point onward. The Buyer is responsible for handling all insurance, customs clearance, and claims with their chosen logistics company.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. It may not be used without express authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total value of the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in China for resolution.
