Q2: How can I check spot goods styles and prices?
A: You are welcome to visit our standalone website for an electronic catalog or visit our physical store in China Mart, Johannesburg, South Africa to check samples in person. Wholesale prices are available after registration or inquiry.
Q3: Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Yes, all our orders are subject to an MOQ. The specific quantity varies by style, please confirm with our sales team when inquiring.
Q4: How do I place an order?
A: You can submit an inquiry form on our website or contact our sales team directly. For spot goods, after confirming styles, stock, and making full payment, we can arrange shipment immediately.
Payment & Logistics
Q5: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We primarily accept bank wire transfers. Specific payment methods can be discussed with our sales manager.
Q6: How is logistics arranged?
A: Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for logistics and freight. After confirming your order, we will wait for you to provide the details of your designated logistics company (e.g., Ping An Logistics, Xiao Lin Logistics within China Mart, Johannesburg). We will assist by delivering the goods to the pickup point of your chosen logistics company.
Q7: How long does it take from payment to shipment?
A: For spot goods orders, after confirming receipt of full payment and your logistics instructions, we typically hand over the goods to your designated logistics point within 1-3 business days. Lead times for custom orders are confirmed separately.
Quality & After-Sales
Q8: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We have strict quality control procedures. For spot goods, each piece is inspected. For bulk custom orders, we can provide pre-production samples for confirmation.
Q9: What if I find quality issues after receiving the goods?
A: Please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing clear photos/videos of the defective products and your order information. Upon our confirmation that the issue is our responsibility, we will negotiate a replacement or refund. Please note that damage or loss caused by the buyer’s chosen logistics must be claimed with the logistics company by the buyer.
