Step 1: Inquiry & Contact
You can contact us via our website form, email, or phone. Please inform us of your product requirements (e.g., category, style, target market). If you have design drawings or reference samples, please feel free to provide them.
Step 2: Needs Analysis & Quotation
1.Product Understanding: Our sales and design team will thoroughly study your requirements, including details like fabric, style, craftsmanship, and logos.
2.Capacity Confirmation: Based on your order quantity and requirements, we will confirm production feasibility, material supply, and delivery timeline.
3.Proposal & Quotation: Once details are clarified, we will provide you with a detailed quotation, including unit price, total price, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), payment terms, and estimated delivery date.
Step 3: Communication & Order Confirmation
We will fully communicate the quotation and all details with you. Once both parties reach an agreement, we will prepare a formal Sales Contract for your review. The order is officially confirmed upon contract signing.
Step 4: Deposit Payment
According to the contract terms, you will be required to pay a deposit (typically 50%-80%). Upon receiving the deposit, we will immediately initiate production preparations, including sourcing fabrics and accessories, and scheduling the production line.
Step 5: Production & Progress Updates
During production, we will provide you with progress updates at key stages, such as:
1.When fabrics are ready.
2.When pre-production samples are completed.
3.When mass production on the line begins.
4.During the packaging process.
We welcome your questions at this stage and can provide photos or videos of the production process upon request.
Step 6: Production Completion & Balance Payment
Upon completion of all production, we will notify you and send photos or videos of the finished bulk products for final confirmation. After your confirmation, please pay the remaining balance as per the contract.
Step 7: Logistics & Shipping
Upon receiving the full payment, we will immediately arrange shipment. Leveraging our location in Guangzhou and experience in the African market, we can provide efficient and reliable logistics solutions (air/sea freight) and provide you with the tracking information.
Step 8: Delivery & After-Sales Service
Our service continues even after the goods safely arrive at your designated location. We will proactively follow up to ensure your satisfaction. For long-term partners, we offer more competitive prices and prioritized production scheduling.
